Take THAT, taliban! Your plot to silence Malala failed miserably! HA! You’ve strengthened her and her fight against your oppression. The good will ALWAYS out-do the bad. Praise God, & BLT’s for everyone!
Malala shares the award with a man from India, both for their fight against suppression of children and educational rights. I’m not trying to take away from his accomplishment, but Malala has touched the lives of westerners; there’s an investment in her story.
Children’s rights activists Malala Yousafzai of Pakistan and Kailash Satyarthi of India have won the Nobel Peace Prize ‘for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education.’ Read more
