  1. I trust you know (better than myself) what surrounded that war. I know we broke promises left and right, which ultimately led to the fall of Saigon.

  2. Sorry, Anna, but IMO, LBJ deserved any pain he received after following JFK’s policy in that awful war. Generals in WWII were advising the government to stay the heck out of Indochina – but no, money talks and the soldier walks… Hopefully, Robb, his own son-in-law, was giving him the truth.
