  1. Cooking. 🍳 My mother loves cooking and is fabulous at it. When I told her I was going to the Midway the questions starting rolling. The one that stuck out (because the question RINGS with my mom) is: “I wonder how many eggs they go through.” I asked. -55,000 every two weeks. Yikes!

  2. I had a student who ended up serving on this vessel. He showed me the tour book. The scope of what these guys do is mind boggling. Cooking alone is a major activity. Laundry is an activity, It is a city on the water. Amazing.
